Our team has over 20 years of experience in molecular diet analysis of animal-animal and animal-plant interactions, i.e. herbivory, granivory, carnivory (including host-parasitoid interactions). We reliably identify trophic interactions of both herbivores and carnivores based on the analysis of faces, regurgitates, gut content and whole body DNA extracts of consumers. In this way it is possible to reliably identify trophic relationships at high specificity that are difficult to impossible to observe.
