We use metabarcoding and diagnostic PCR to identify food relationships between animals, animals and plants, as well as interactions between parasites or parasitoids and their hosts.<\/p>

We reliably determine the food spectrum of a predator or herbivore for you using DNA extracts from feces, stomach contents, pellets and the like. This enables us to identify functional relationships such as pest regulation or pollination. On the one hand, DNA analysis of bat droppings provides information on the foraging habits of the species studied. On the other hand, it can be used to record the diversity of flying insects in their catchment area.<\/p>
