From 23 to 24 October 2025, the European Business & Nature Summit took place in Helsinki – one of the most important European meetings at the interface of business, finance and nature conservation. Our CEO Michael Traugott was there and looked forward to discussing with representatives from politics, science and business how companies can contribute to a nature-friendly future.
The event focused on the question of how economic activity can be reconciled with the protection and restoration of biodiversity. This is exactly where Sinsoma comes in: with our innovative DNA-based biodiversity measurement methods, we create a scientifically sound basis for measuring the condition and development of ecosystems – and thus enable sustainable decisions to be made.
Our participation in the European Business & Nature Summit is another step on our journey to make biodiversity visible, measurable and thus protectable. Because only what we can understand and quantify can we preserve in the long term.
